I am thankful that I do not have weight problem, but I am too skinny - some says. That's because the stress nights just working my sweat as a lead singer of a Goth band - that's give power to my movement on stage. You sweat like hell! my best friend has the same problem as you do and so what I did to help her is that I bought her a CD player of which she could bring with when she wants to do jogging. I accompanied her almost everyday (that is if she can go everyday) - I gave her my CDs like Korn which is aggressive music for many people; played it and she ran like hell after that. Someone aggressive music drives your blood hot. You can try this if you still have the effort to do it.

And there is one thing I do not agree about you .... why do u listen to those two girls? If I have friends that makes me low and makes me feel pretty ugly in my own skin; I don't need such people with me. Becauze people like them only want to ruin my life and makes me depressed. I had many friends like this years ago; now I have only my brother and Nani (my bestfriend) who always be there to support me in whatever situation I am in. These both never judge me for what or who I am. So, consider this as an advice from a stranger who has been there ... Wish you all the BEST!!!

Losing  /  gaining weight does not change the way you feel inside. Only dealing with your feelings changes that.

As for your entry, try not to think like that.  I used to be mia but its not worth it.  its really not.  You lose your life if u continue to do it!  Its a horrible feeling.  and i still have burn marks on my hands (from the stomach acid) to remind me not to go back there!

im taking subjects so i can become a fashion journalist (art, textiles and english) and i no how hard it is to concentrate some times. but if your proud of what youv achieved so far, just think of that when you want to binge, get loads of thinspo and if you do have a accidental binge, work it off at the gym

ive just been reading your diary, ive never experienced anything like that but it sounds scary.

if you feel like your in need to talk to someone then why not phone an helpline, you can talk to them for free and its all confidential.

you need to tell someone, maybe another relative or a friends mum someone who can get through to your parents about how you feel.

i know it may sound patronising, but you do need help you have all your life in front of you, don't let this stop you from living your life.

maybe go to your friends, have a sleepover just get out clear your head and then try talking to your mum, maybe she as a problem and maybe she is the one who needs the help.
